Women face unique mental and physical health stressors across work, family, and interpersonal domains.

I am committed to promoting mental health and well-being for women across the lifespan.

I have extensive experience treating women with diverse physical health issues such as breast cancer and endometriosis. I draw from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients balance acceptance and change strategies in navigating women’s health concerns.

I am a supervising faculty member at the Payne Whitney Women’s Program of Weill Cornell Medical College. During my time on the full-time faculty at Weill Cornell, I treated women with a diverse range of perinatal mental health concerns, including traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy anxiety, infant loss, and postpartum depression.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is an effective treatment for helping women navigate life transitions such as the transition to motherhood. I also have expertise in helping adolescent and young adult women transition to adulthood by navigating college, work, and relationship stressors.
